The Bartlett business operates in Ballarat Victoria, with production facilities spanning across three separate sites and four factories totalling over 9,500 square metres of production space.
The factories house four computerised cutters, plus an ultrasonic cutter at the Blinds division. Bartlett has over 40 welders ranging from hot air, hot wedge, high frequency and thermal bar welders and utilise more than 50 sewing machines, ranging from straight stitching to automated seaming and hemming machines.
We continually invest in the latest technologically advanced machinery. Our computerised plotter and cutting capabilities give guaranteed accuracy, every time across our four dedicated cutting machines. With over 40 welders utilised, we can offer high frequency, hot wedge and hot air welding processes for high volume customer requirements. We handle all types of sewing, light and heavy, including programmable ‘XY’ Tacking, wide arm and single or double needle sewing using over 50 sewing machines across our four factories in Ballarat.
